These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ovaracanada.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products and Sourcing

Ovara curates and sells apparel through ovaracanada.com. Some or all of our products are shipped to you directly from our third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, which may be located outside of Canada. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Product availability, packaging, and processing times may vary based on supplier location and stock levels.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but we do not warrant that all content on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel and refund any order affected by such an error.

2. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to applicable taxes.
• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
• By placing an order, you confirm that the payment and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, in which case you will be refunded in full.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Because Ovara works with international suppliers and fulfillment partners, delivery times may be longer than with locally warehoused retailers. Estimated processing and delivery times are provided on our [Shipping Policy] page and are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk of loss and title to items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• Additional customs, duties, or import fees, if applicable, are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. Returns and Refunds

5. Consumer Rights
